Grace Frederick Design

Creative Content Coordinator

Johns Island, SC

Creative Content Coordinator

Grace Frederick Design and GFD The Atelier are looking for a part-time Creative Content Coordinator to help bring our brand ideas to life across social media, digital marketing, photoshoots, and in-store storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly visual, organized, quick in Canva, comfortable with Instagram/Reels, and has a strong eye for interiors, antiques, color, styling, and traditional design with personality.

We are not looking for someone to reinvent our brand or create a generic social media strategy. We have a clear point of view, strong visual identity, and endless content ideas. We are looking for someone who can help with the actual making of the content — turning raw ideas, photos, videos, voice notes, products, project details, and shop moments into polished, on-brand posts, graphics, reels, carousels, story sets, and campaign materials.

Responsibilities include:

Creating Canva graphics using our existing brand identity

Designing Instagram carousel posts, story sets, and branded graphics

Editing simple reels and adding text overlays

Drafting captions based on provided ideas and direction

Organizing content assets by project, room, topic, product, and campaign

Repurposing content for Instagram, Pinterest, newsletters, and other marketing needs

Helping maintain a weekly content calendar

Preparing posts for review and approval

Assisting with photoshoot prep, prop pulls, shot lists, product styling, and behind-the-scenes content

Helping identify and create content moments within the shop, studio, and project work

Supporting product styling for web, email, social, and in-store promotion

Assisting with seasonal updates to the Shopify website homepage

Keeping visuals consistent with the Grace Frederick Design brand

The ideal candidate:

Is excellent in Canva

Has strong visual taste and understands interiors/lifestyle content

Can take a rough idea and turn it into a polished post

Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Understands Instagram, stories, reels, carousels, and Pinterest

Can write or polish captions in an elevated but approachable voice

Has a good eye for typography, layout, styling, and brand consistency

Is comfortable working from photo/video dumps, voice notes, rough direction, and product pulls

Enjoys interiors, antiques, decorative objects, retail styling, and beautiful details

Has strong photography and video skills, with the ability to capture and edit content beyond a basic level would be ideal buf not necessary

Has an appreciation for luxury and traditional design styles

Can move between computer work and hands-on creative work in the shop or studio
